The DiMarzio Twang King Bridge (Black) is a pickup that takes the Telecaster tone to a new dimension, combining classic vintage tone with modern dynamism and responsiveness. When we created the Twang King, we wanted to achieve not only authenticity, but also to transcend the traditional sound. It combines the best features of the Broadcaster® and Telecaster® pickups of the '50s and '60s to create a rich, deep tone with a distinctive high end and clear low end.

This pickup exhibits an incredible response to pickup attack: soft play produces a gentle and warm sound, while aggressive play produces a bright and dynamic tone that breaks through the mix. The use of specially tuned coils, hand-calibrated Alnico 5 magnets, and controlled wire tension has resulted in a perfect balance between power and harmony.

The Twang King Bridge has a black base plate for a secure fit and increased sensitivity. Thanks to the double-waxed design, the pickup is noise-free, ensuring stability even at high volume levels. This pickup is designed for Telecaster enthusiasts who want to emphasize their unique sound.
