For the manufacture of this series, we have developed a special production technology. We select the most dense parts of wood. The high density of wood directly affects its mechanical properties.

Drying of wood occurs in several stages. In the process of drying there is a change in the physico-mechanical, technological and operational properties of wood.

Turning is performed on specialized high-precision machine tools with program control. Finishing (polishing and coating) of drumsticks is carried out in several stages.

The sticks are impregnated with the unique G4 oil solution developed by Star Sticks based on hard wax. This provides additional protection for sticks against moisture and ultraviolet rays.

As a result, we have very strong balanced sticks with good weight.
