The new GA-MEDX M OP is an all-mahogany model that joins the GA Series for players who love mahogany and its distinctive look and character in the Grand Auditorium body and which is more affordable and delivers outstanding performance for its price.

All Mahogany Body

Developed in accordance with recent acoustic guitar market trends, this model features not only mahogany back and sides but mahogany top as well. Although darker sounding than spruce, mahogany produces a warmer tone with a full rich mid-range.

Auditorium Cutaway Body Type

With dimensions of 117mm (4 5/8") body depth, upper bout width at 292mm(11 1/2") and lower bout width at 405mm(16"), the Grand Regal’s body size is perfectly in between the large Dreadnought and the more intimate Grand Concert. This makes the Grand Regal ideal for both strumming/flatpicking and fingerstyle playing and suits the versatile acoustic player who prefers to have one guitar to cover a variety of sounds and playing styles.

Cort® CE306T

The CE306T is a very versatile acoustic preamp with a large, and clear LCD display tuner that is very easy to read and offers a wide range of sounds from its responsive 4-band EQ tuned specifically for acoustic guitars that will be useful for a variety of musical applications.

Open Pore Finish

Not only does the open pore finish enhance the resonance of the woods but it also reduces the weight of the guitar for improved playability.

Scooped Bridge

The exclusive scooped surface bridge from Cort enhances sustain with greater string angle from the saddle to the body while reducing tension on the strings across the neck were less finger fatigue and improved playability.
