Built on traditional styling and legendary Martin tone, the D10E-01 Road Series dreadnought acoustic-electric is one of the most affordable solid wood models they offer. While the D10E-01 doesn't have a ton of aesthetic extras, it's a solidly built dreadnought that is sure to make you happy to call your own for years. Constructed with a sapele top, back and sides, and scalloped cross bracing, it offers the very mahogany-like warmth most acoustic players crave with a bit more love on the high end. The hardwood neck has been given a Performing Artist (PA) profile, which, paired with the hand-applied natural oil finish, makes it easy for smooth transitions along the D10E-01's black Richlite fingerboard. Other appointments on the D10E-01 include a black boltaron end piece, white bridge and end pins with black dots, tortoise pickguard, single-ring rosette, larger position dots, and Fishman MX-T electronics with a soundhole tuner. This guitar comes with a soft-shell case.
