Cort Classic Series guitars are available in two different variations: traditional classic guitars made in Spanish style (AC series) and hybrid guitars of the CEC series, which combine the advantages of acoustic and classic guitars: thin and narrow neck, cutout for easy access to high frets, exclusive SFX shape housing and high quality electronics. These instruments are an excellent choice for live performances or for electric and acoustic guitar players.

Laminated spruce top

Spruce is the industry standard for modern acoustic guitar tops. The unique combination of strength and elasticity of this wood allows for increased dynamic range and great articulation, while instruments with a spruce top are perfect for any playing style. The multi-layer laminated construction of the top deck made it possible to create an instrument that is resistant to changes in temperature and humidity.

Laminated mahogany sides and back

With a bright yet dense tone with a pronounced mid-range, mahogany has become the standard for the body and back of classic guitars.

While the rich sound of solid wood remains unrivaled, the laminated wood construction can also provide a great sound for a great, reliable and affordable instrument. One of the advantages of using such a design is its incredible resistance even to sudden changes in humidity.

Nut width 45mm

The zero nut width on the CEC series guitars is 45mm. Thanks to this, the instrument is perfect for both the classical school of playing and for guitarists playing acoustics with metal strings.

Slim and comfortable body

The CEC series guitars have a slim body and are very comfortable to play. The cabinet depth is only 83mm - ideal for musicians looking for a comfortable performance instrument.

Built-in electronics

The CEC1 is equipped with a built-in ceramic piezo pickup and a Cort CE304T preamp. A three-band equalizer allows you to fine-tune the sound of the instrument, and a chromatic tuner with an LED display allows you to quickly and conveniently tune your guitar even in the darkest stage.
