ORLA Digital Pianos: let's look at the features of the new models
This spring the Italian company Orla introduced a number of new models of digital pianos, united in two series - CDP and Stage.
The first difference between the series, which immediately catches the eye is their form factor. If the CDP series pianos are more massive, made in one case with a stand, in which are integrated three pedals, the Stage - are much more compact digital pianos. You are free to choose the stand in accordance with the intended conditions of use. It can be a massive Orla Pro Stand or any lighter keyboard stand.
Orla Stage Concert Orla CDP 101
But this is not all, because each series includes three new models of digital pianos. The differences between them though not so evident, but nonetheless significant. Stage series includes Stage Starter, Stage Studio, and finally, Stage Concert. CDP series pianos have a less poetic names: CDP 1, CDP 101 and CDP 202.
So which model is better to choose? Which digital piano best suited to a particular case?
Let's compare...

What conclusion could be done? Based on the considered characteristics, we can hold a few parallels between these models.
According to its characteristics, Stage Starter is similar to Stage Starter CDP 1, Stage Studio to CDP 101 and CDP is similar to Stage Concert 202, with the only difference that the Stage serie models are more compact and lightweight and necessary to buy an additional keyboard stand. In addition, we should notice that if digital pianos of CDP serie have a built block of three pedals, in the Stage serie kit included only the sustain pedal, the other two will have to be purchased separately.
As for differences within the series, then Stage Starter and CDP1 are great choice for the young piano players as well for students of music schools. Equipped with 2 track sequencers Stage Studio / CDP 101 and Stage Concert / CDP 202 are suitable not only for playing music, but also to writing arrangements.
We should also note another important advantage, relating to the all aforementioned models - this is a full-size keyboard with 88 graded hammer action keys. It means different feeling of pressing keys in different parts of keyboard. Like an acoustic piano.
Now the choice is yours!
