• Alpineacousticfilters™ - Say No To Water & Yes To Sound: The special acoustic filters in SwimSafe earplugs ensure that all ambient sounds remain as audible as possible. These unique filters also ensure you can still follow conversations. A small duct in the filters prevents a sense of isolation and the shape of the hearing protection prevents water getting into your ears. SwimSafe earplugs are unsuitable for deep diving. We advise using the hearing protection at a depth of no more than 1 metre under water.
• Alpinethermoshape™ Material: Alpine’s innovative earplugs are made from thermoplastic material especially developed by Alpine: AlpineThermoShape. This material adapts to the shape of the ears so that the earplugs fit the auditory ducts perfectly. You are guaranteed a comfortable fit without unpleasant pressure on your ears. You are assured that the earplugs remain in the right position, providing optimal noise attenuation. ATS contains no silicone, thus causing no allergic reactions.
• Alpine miniboxx: In addition to the easy-to-use storage container, every SwimSafe pack also contains a trendy Alpine Miniboxx. You can take this super-handy little storage container to the swimming pool and attach it to your swimming bag, or around your wrist when you go into the water. The Miniboxx can also be attached to your wetsuit.
• Lifespan And Cleaning: The lifespan of the earplugs depends on frequency of use. Keeping the earplugs clean will extend the lifespan. The earplugs can be cleaned with lukewarm water and soap.
• Dutch Design: The design of the Alpine hearing protectors is an exclusive Dutch Design. All earplugs and filter systems are produced in the Netherlands.

How To Insert Swimsafe Earplugs

• To insert the protectors, use the enclosed insertion tube. Slide the tube over the filter stem
• Slightly pull up your ear and insert the hearing protector into the ear
• Rotate the insertion tube until the protector fits snugly
• Carefully remove the tube from the earplug

Is the earplug too long?

• The earplug may protrude from your ear. In that case, carefully remove the filter from the earplug
• Then cut off a small section of the stem and replace the filter in the earplug

How to clean SwimSafe earplugs? Alpine SwimSafe earplugs last longer if you look after them and clean them regularly

• Clean the earplugs with soap
• Rinse them with lukewarm water

Miniboxx

• Put one earplug in  each side of the Miniboxx
• Open the chain of the Miniboxx and add the insertion tube
• Attach the chain of the Miniboxx to, for example, your keys or wrist
• Thoroughly squeeze together the lock of the chain after closing it, so it does not open up by accident
