Shure BLX14E/CVL-M17 – a stationary receiver and portable transmitter with a CVL microphone that is ideal for professional presentations. The Shure BLX radio system combines professional sound, easy setup and a user-friendly interface for legendary sound. The receiver features QuickScan one-touch frequency selection to quickly search for available frequencies and identify a clear radio frequency channel in case of interference. The system provides up to 14 hours of continuous operation on two AA batteries at distances up to 91 meters. The CVL microphone features a cardioid polar pattern that filters out unwanted noise, Commshield RF filtering to minimize RF interference from nearby smartphones, and a frequency response optimized for speech intelligibility. The BLX1's rugged body-worn transmitter has a lightweight, ergonomic design that's comfortable for the presenter to wear. Group and channel selection buttons allow you to quickly and easily match the frequency to the receiver. Other features include an easy-to-access on/off switch, adjustable gain control, and a 4-pin TA4M input jack. The BLX4 receiver uses microprocessor-controlled internal antenna diversity to improve wireless audio quality and reliability. An LED display shows group and channel settings, and two LEDs indicate system availability and the strength of the incoming audio signal. The unit has 1/4" and XLR outputs for connection to PA systems and mixing consoles.
