The Cort GA-MEDX M electro-acoustic guitar from the Grand Regal series features the popular Grand Auditorium body shape, which sits between the size of a dreadnought and more compact concert guitar models. This model is ideal for both pick playing and fingerstyle techniques, making it a versatile choice for guitarists of various styles.
The body of the instrument is made entirely of mahogany, giving it a deep, warm tone. Mahogany provides rich mid frequencies and expressive basses, creating a full and harmonious sound. The laminated construction adds durability, making the guitar resistant to changes in humidity.
One of the standout features of this model is the exclusive Cort bridge with a concave surface. This design improves sustain and ensures an optimal string angle for more comfortable playing. The nut width is 45 mm.
The guitar's neck is made of mahogany. The fingerboard is crafted from merbau, providing a comfortable playing experience and clear note articulation. The neck has a classic C-shape, which fits comfortably in the hand, with a thickness of 21 mm at the first fret and 22.5 mm at the seventh fret, allowing for an easy grip while playing. The die-cast tuning machines ensure precise and stable tuning.
The guitar is equipped with a Cort CE306T pickup and preamp system, featuring a clear LCD display and a built-in tuner. The 4-band EQ, specifically tailored for acoustic guitars, allows you to quickly adjust the desired sound to suit your playing style.
The Open Pore finish allows the guitar to "breathe," enhancing its natural volume and brightness. At the same time, this finish highlights the wood's natural texture, making the instrument's appearance even more appealing.
