The EMG 60 (Chrome) pickup is a powerful active humbucker that provides an excellent balance between deep lows, thick mids, and bright highs. Featuring close aperture coils similar to mini-humbuckers, the EMG 60 produces rich harmonic overtones and delivers long sustain. The ceramic magnets give this pickup a pronounced sound with bright highs, making it ideal for solo performances.
The EMG 60 is particularly well-suited for installation in the neck position, providing your guitar with clear and distinctive sound with unique character. The EMG 60 model installs easily and does not require a soldering iron, significantly simplifying the upgrade process at home.
