Fujigen JMJ5-ASH-M Mighty Jazz J-Standard Series (See Thru Blue Burst)
Fujigen Gakki (also known as FGN) is a Japanese musical instrument company based in Matsumoto, Japan. It was founded in 1960.
Ash wood body
Ash has a well-deserved reputation as a very musical wood - dense bass and sharp treble, an aggressive and resilient sound.
Gotoh wood headers
Japanese Gotoh fittings are used for many years already for the production of high quality instruments and have a reputation for high quality and functionality.
Universal bridge FGN "FGBB4-STD"
This bridge allows you to set the string in two ways and was specially designed to increase the tension of strings and achieve better resonance. "The FGBB-405 has holes that allow you to strum in two ways: through the back of the bridge or through the case. If you install the strings through the case, you will immediately feel the incredible resonance of the whole body of the instrument and the bass sounds tight and rich even with thin strings.
Seymour Duncan pickups
The SMB-5d bridge pickup is one of Seymour Duncan's most powerful bass drivers. It has a balanced musical tone with a rich, expressive low end, bright highs, and delicate mids. The bass is powerful and deep, but not "wimpy" at the same time. SJ5-3n is specially designed for bassists who need a powerful output with a pronounced attack. Larger cores (6.35mm) and a special coil winding ensure a full sound with excellent sustain.
Circle Fretting System (C.F.S.)
Meticulously polished and lightly curved frets on the fingerboard to enhance intonation, increase sustain and give every note a truly harmonious sound. Although the radial fret system is not yet as common as the traditional system, comprehensive research has found that C.F.S. definitely has a positive effect on the playing and sound of stringed instruments and this effect will satisfy even the most demanding musicians.
J-Standard Smooth Fret Edge
The true Japanese scrupulousness of the FGN Guitar Masters ensures that the frets on each instrument in the J-Standard series are perfectly seated and carefully sanded to ensure playing comfort and impeccable appearance.
