Yamaha TRB1004J (Natural)
The TRB bass series was born in the late 1980s, thanks to the incredible popularity of electronic music at the time. To increase the tonal range not available with traditional 4-string basses, two strings have been added: 6th (Low C) and 1st (High C), giving musicians more room to express their expression and pushing the boundaries of improvisation.
The TRB series bass has a scale increased to 35", which has a beneficial effect on the clarity and intelligibility of the sound and the tension of the strings. Powerful low-noise pickups and active electronics with 3-band equalizer allow you to customize the sound of the instrument for almost any musical style or playing style. Since its debut in From 1989 to the present day, TRB basses have become the choice of many professional musicians and are a true internationally recognized icon among 5- and 6-string basses.
The TRB1004J is a 4-string model for musicians who love the sound and playability of TRB Series basses, but don't need a 5- or 6-string instrument.
Alder body with corrugated maple top
Alder is the gold standard for electric and bass guitars. Lightweight and durable, alder wood has a rich, clean sound with an expressive midrange. And the rippled maple top not only looks great, but also adds brightness to the sound of the instrument and accentuates the attack of every note played.
Cast brass bridge
The TRB bass bridge is made of high quality brass, which effectively transmits the vibration of the strings to the body, increasing the sustain and richness of the sound.
Enlarged scale 35"
TRB Series Bass Necks feature an oversized scale for a thick, bright bass note and an improved tactile feel. Made from five pieces of maple / mahogany, they are incredibly stable, and the clever profile makes them easy to pick up to make it easy to withstand even the longest performances.
