Two 58/15 S humbuckers provide a huge range of warm, harmonically rich tone that overdrives the amp beautifully. And the timeless yet modern look of the PRS S2 McCarty 594, accentuated by the iconic PRS Birds neck inlays, will grab attention every time you take the stage.

To give this electric guitar a rich yet balanced sound, PRS chose the time-honored combination of mahogany and maple. The mahogany body provides a natural warmth of tone that is perfectly offset by the brighter tone of the maple top. Together with a high-quality bridge and vintage-style tuners, these first-class woods provide an incredibly balanced sound. The S2 McCarty 594 features an asymmetrical Pattern Vintage neck profile for maximum performance and comfort. Like the Pattern profile, PRS's Pattern Vintage profile is slightly thicker to properly fill out your arm. This guitar features McCarty's iconic 24.594" neck length, hence the "594" in the model name.
