First appearing in the PRS catalog a few years ago, the stylish Mira is now finally part of the affordable SE series. With a distinctive almost symmetrical body shape, a slim comfortable neck, a set of high-performance humbuckers and a solid mahogany construction, the PRS SE Mira is a comfortable and powerful sounding workhorse suitable for the studio and stage. The PRS SE Mira has a mahogany body that delivers a warm sound with plenty of harmonics in the midrange. Attached to the Mira's body is a mahogany neck that has the popular PRS Wide Thin shape. Offering a modern feel that modern players will surely enjoy, the Mira also features a silky-smooth rosewood fingerboard that provides a luxurious feel to the fingers.

PRS SE Mira is equipped with reliable, high-quality hardware that will never let you down while playing on stage or recording in the studio. This versatile instrument gets most of its sound from a pair of 85/15 "S" pickups, inspired by the amazing 85/15 humbuckers used in many of PRS's latest American "Core" line. Delivering high power, these pickups can handle a lot of amplification if desired, yet still handle clean amp setups just fine. And with the ability to split humbucker coils with the push/pull tone control, you can also get smooth single-coil tone!
