It includes set-thru construction, with a thin U-shaped maple neck and a pau ferro fingerboard with 24XJ frets. Active electronic pickups give the TE-417 a powerful variety of tones, with EMG 85-7H (neck) and EMG 81-7 (bridge) pickups. High-quality components include Grover tuners, and it’s offered in menacing Black Satin and Snow White Satin finishes.
