Hohner Weekender 32 C
The Hohner Weekender Tremolo 16 Hole Harmonica was designed to feature a smooth sound due in part to its brass reeds and stainless steel covers and solid plastic body construction. It features double holes so when played, 2 slightly detuned notes are sounded causing a tremolo effect.
Tremolo harmonicas are often used for folk music and their sound and texture are recognizable in Balkan and Asian folk melodies. These harmonicas are identifyable by the horizontal division of the air channels. Each channel has two reeds for each note, one pair for blown notes and another pair for drawn ones. The Weekender Tremolo harmonica comes in the key of C.
