Infineon Technologies MERUS Analog Audio MA12070 is a super-efficient filterless audio power amplifier based on patented multilevel switching technology.

The device supports a supply voltage range of 4-26V, allowing it to be used in a variety of environments. The multi-level power switching ensures very low losses during operation. It also allows the amplifier to be used in unfiltered configurations at full rated power over a wide range. The MERUS™ MA12070 has built-in digital power control circuitry. The power management algorithm dynamically adjusts the switching and modulation frequency to optimize power loss and EMI across the output power range. A 4th order feedback loop provides low distortion and high PSRR. The MERUS™ MA12070 operates from a single supply voltage (PVDD stage) and + 5V system supply voltage (DVDD, AVDD). Very flexible output stage configurations are offered, ranging from four unbalanced outputs to a single parallel-BTL output. The MERUS™ MA12070P provides protection against DC, short-circuit, excessive temperature, and under voltage situations. Flexible "Power Mode Profiles" allow the user to use multi-level switching techniques for very low power loss or very high sound. Device configuration is controlled via an I2C interface as well as dedicated control pins.

Power-saving standby mode

When you put the SA300 in standby mode, don't worry about your power bills! The power required to operate the SA300 in standby mode is less than 0.5 watts. Low power consumption that meets the latest EU ErP2 standard.

Equalizer adjustment function

There are different tones and you can switch between 8 different tones. Set the tone you like and enrich the sound.

Can be operated with the remote control

When using the remote control, point it at the remote control signal receiver on the main unit from a distance of 5 m (16 ft) or less. Do not put obstacles between the main unit and the remote control.
