Effects for more creativity
Mixer effects allow you to expand the sound of music and give it a deeper and more interesting color. The send (SEND) of the mixer contains such effects as Short Delay, Long Delay, Dub Echo, Reverb, and the ability to use up to two external effects. These effects allow you to create a variety of atmospheres and sound textures that make the sound more rich and interesting.
Beat FX (beat effects) include various possibilities such as Delay, Echo, Ping Pong, Spiral, Helix, Reverb, Shimmer, Flanger, Phaser, Filter, Trans, Roll, Pitch, Vinyl Brake. These effects allow you to experiment, change the rhythm and character of the sound, which adds a unique style and individuality to the music.
Control elements
The main control elements are located on the top panel, the mixer is visually divided into sections, each of which has conveniently grouped keys and knobs for setting up and accessing mixer functions.
On the top left are two USB Type B ports for connecting the mixer to computers, and a switch for MIDI via USB. Below that are controls for the mic inputs, including volume, 2-band EQ, and Talk Over, which automatically reduces the volume of the main mix when using the mic.
The SEND block has keys to select from 4 internal effects or 2 external to link the signal and adjust the effects themselves. Both headphone outputs have independent control of the volume and ratio between the listening and the master channel.
Each of the 6 channels has a 4-band EQ, compressor knob, gain control, input source selection, and a filter that can be adjusted in a separate Filter section on the left for all channels. Available LP (Low Pass) and HP (High Pass) filters, as well as resonance control.
Also, the channels have a SEND channel control knob, Beat FX application key, CUE for listening to the track in headphones, volume faders, and crossfader channel send settings (A, B or bypass).
The Magvel Fader is used as a crossfader - it provides high accuracy and a pleasant feeling during use. By increasing the stiffness of the shaft of the handle in the vertical direction by 30 percent, the fader has become even more stable and reliable. This allows DJs to perform scratches and movements with greater confidence and precision, ensuring smooth and precise movement of sound tracks.
Just like the 6 channels, the master channel has a gain control (up to +5 dB), a filter, a key for applying effects, listening in headphones. All 6 channels and the master channel have a signal level indicator for more convenient and accurate control. Output for Booth monitors has volume control and 2-band equalizer.
The Beat FX effect section is equipped with a display for displaying basic information, tempo control, selection of the frequency range for which to apply the effect (Low, Mid, High), effect selection, effect time and depth control, and a power button.
An additional USB Type A input allows you to additionally broadcast audio via USB, choose which channel to send the audio to, and adjust the volume.
