Dynacord TS400 is a compact, powerful and versatile speaker system for mobile and installation applications. It can be used both in the full frequency range and in active two-way systems that require subwoofers. Dynacord PSD 215 or PSD 218 subwoofers are ideal for such active two-way systems. Vertical radiation pattern control is essential to ensure high sound quality and speech intelligibility, especially in challenging acoustic environments. The TS 400 was designed to provide very flat and smooth coverage over a very wide frequency range by using spaced and filtered woofers as elements of the array. In the 2.5-way design, the elements are located at the ends of the column at maximum distance, which reduces the effective driven frequency. The midrange elements and high-frequency element are placed in the middle of the housing for a smooth transition of mid-frequencies into high frequencies and expanding the control zone. Each group of elements has its own bandpass filter, optimizing the array's performance and off-axis coverage. The TS 400 features 4 x 6" DND 6130-16 neodymium woofers and one Electro-Voice DH-3 compression driver, combined with a 90° by 40° constant directivity horn, providing very high SPL and excellent coverage. Separate bass protection circuits -, MF and HF elements serve to protect all transducers at the highest power levels. The TS 400 housing is made from aluminum, making it very durable yet lightweight, with a design that suits any environment. The TS 400 is available in black or white color (TS 400W). The optional WMK-25 Wall Mounting Kit (WMK-25W) allows the device to be mounted on a wall at a tilt angle of up to 30°. The optional TA-TS400 Tilt Adapter can be used to precisely position the system for optimal audience coverage. For For aerial control of the loudspeaker, the FB-TS400 Flying Kit is available.The optional SH-TS400 carrying bag is the ideal accessory for convenient and safe transportation of the TS 400.
